Previously employed as work colleagues, we realised we had similar work ethics and a drive to complete each job to the highest of standards whilst keeping safety, professionalism and time estimates a priority. We frequently sought each others opinions regarding safe & time efficient methodologies and would try to work together on as many projects as possible. Becoming highly respected and preferred workers by many building companies, we were encouraged to go out on our own. With this encouragement, our passion for demolition, our confidence and our strong demolition history, knowledge and skillset, we were able to start our own demolition company.
Between us we have a solid 30+ years of combined demolition experience, having completed in excess of 2500 residential demolition projects and a very high number of medium to high level demolition projects throughout Melbourne CBD and its surrounding suburbs.
Larger projects have included, but are not limited to, the old “Worksafe” building, various universities, government buildings, including schools & hospitals as well as many large factories. Asbestos and other hazards have been present in a high percentage of our projects over the years, with one of the largest contaminated projects to date being the Puckapunyal Army Barracks.
